sup i train bench press on the shoulder day and abs on the back day
btw i wanna get a bigger neck so i need to train it, man!
and my legs are strong enough compared to my upper body so
each pass takes over 2 hours
is it to much to go to the gym 4 days a week and run the other 3 days?

Arnold, answer the question: what are your goals? what do you mean your legs are strong? in what way are they strong? do you squat? do you deadlift? why do you need a bigger neck? what are your stats?
