Help for training and nutrition needed
Hi guys im new to the bodybuilding forums, i am 17yo from Pakistan, light build and would appreciate your help. i wanted to know if i should start a diet plan first and gym later, or both at the same time? which diet plans should i follow and what about supplements? and if someone could also tell me about the exercises, help will be appreciated!
Can definitely start both at the same time! And highly recommended. If you're looking to start building a good frame for yourself, you're going to be needing the right building blocks! These forums are great resources. Plus searching online for the right beginner workout program can go a long way. Bodybuilding.com has great resources and a solid database of beginner workout programs! I suggest checking out there.
