Default help getting my weight back...

Alright I had my jaw broken and it was wired shut for 4-5 weeks. I lost about 15-20 pounds that I had worked so hard to get .
My question is what should I do to get it back as fast as possible?
Should I just eat a lot before and after working out or should I take my creatine and protein too?

You will probably have to give yours stomach some time to stretch back to its normal size.
