Default Help with girl routine

Well my daughter asked me for some training advice.

I was thinking along the lines of a full body routine with 30 cardio. 3 x's a week

chest
back
shoulders
quads
hams
calves

It would be all machines. maybe 2 sets of 12-16 reps then 30 min cardio.

Any sugestions??
Do I need to throw in Bi's and tri's??

Yeah I would throw bi's and tri's in there. All the girls I've talked to about training complain about their non-existent flabby arms LOL. I personally do bi's on chest day and tri's on shoulder day.

I was thinking of circuit training if it's for personal fitness. Gets a person in great general shape, keeps the heart rate up and builds a little strength. Definitely full body, no more than 15 reps I would say 10 just to start and built it up. One exercise per body part and 2-3 minutes rest between circuits to start maybe 3-4 circuits. And cardio on off days.
