Your going to need some protein here. like 8-12 egg whites.
If you can't eat eggs. Eat chicken.

How many calories is this?...What kinda shake? what kinda meat?
You will need some carbs aswell.

I would take these out. There is over 1000 calories in 1 cup of nuts and they're high in fat (good fat I know, but still high)

Need more detail here. What type of protein. Chicken, turkey or fish would be the best. Red Meat has to much fat for cutting.
Is that 1/2 cup rice (cooked) ?

Your a big guy, so your still going to need alot of food. If you cut out fats, and sugar. You should be alright. Not sure but I would say you need to be around the 3000+ calorie mark.

You say your going to eat the same stuff everyday. I would keep it as simple as possible. Weigh out your food, break it down so you know how many calories(protein/carbs/fat) your putting into your body. It's the only way to know for sure.

Chicken
turkey
tuna-fish
egg whites

rice
potatoe
oatmeal

vegtables

Ok so if i ate something like this it would be better

Meal one
8 egg whites

Meal two
Salad with chicken

Meal three
rice, veggy, chicken
Along with a low carb/cal protien shake looking for one now.

Meal 4
So what should i eat instead of nuts

meal 5
chicken and 1/2 Cooked rice

Meal 6
And agian some chicken maybe mix it up with some stake low % fat
sirlion maybe

That sound good? If you know of any good cutting protiens would be nice and or some other good tips. Also might use some supplements looking at ephedrine or caffine.

You had the right idea with the oatmeal, just needed to add some protein. So maybe 1 cup oatmeal....Personally I eat two packs of instant oatmeal....But some like to cook a lot and just eat it through out the week.

Depending on how much food you are consuming here ( ie: 1 - 1 1/2 cups rice, brocoli and 6-8oz chicken breast) You won't need to have a shake

Here would be a good time to have your carb/protein shake. checkout www.trueprotein.com for some powder..

Stake isn't low in fat.
If you want it I think round eye is the best for low fat, not too sure about sirlion.....I guess it it won't hurt and it's easy to get sick of chicken.

www.trueprotein.com has some good deals. The best thing about them is you can make up your own product (or choice one). I don't know if they have fat burners or not.

Are you plaining on doing any cardio? 20 mins a day is a good start.

Drink lots of water( atleast 1 gallon),plus other liquids...ie: coffee, crystal light, diet pop.

White fish (ie, tuna,sole...etc) are always good too.
Turkey is ok too...even deli

Aight last thing, my metablism is slow right now, which kinda stops me from just jumping into this new eating right now. What are somethings to help me boost that right now so that i will be able to eat all that food.

Im pretty much saying this bc just alone 1 cup of oatmeal kept me full for like 6 hours that w/e the eggs. ohh and is it bad to put like splenda in oatmeal.

And Thanks alot for all the help TALO

I don't know forsure, but I was always under the impression that eating every 2-3hrs would speed up your metablism.
The body will start to burn it quicker because it knows it's going to get more. Where if your only eating every 6hrs then the body will adjust to that and store more fat making you feel full.

Same goes for water.
