it depends if your taking anything, roids, PH, or just legal stuff. if the first two then 2 times a week is an option. if legal stuff like creatine then maybe you want to just keep it 1 part every 5 days. at most this way you could hit one body part twice a week. example;
Mon - legs
Tue - chest/bis
wed - back/tris
thur - shoulders
fri - rest
sat - legs
sun - chest/bis

or add 2 rest days.. I'd only do this for 2 months max.. but you might to be able to do it for longer. just remember you should take a week off after 3 months max.. so your body can rest and regroup.. and you could take this time to change up your routine.

you're never going to make any real progress if you are just a bench/bicep trainer... until you get your training/diet in order you are pretty much wasting your time as well as space in the gym when other people could be using the bench press you are sitting on between sets

Listen, it doesn't matter how much you bench or how big your biceps are if your runnging on twigs to hold up that big tree trunk of a body you'l develop. Chics, girls, women, they dont really like big chests & arms on guys with legs the size of tooth pics. Plus, like I had previously stated in killian's forum, strong lower body equals a strong upper body. So hit the squat rack, leg press, deadl life, leg ext, leg curls, straight leg dead lifts, calve raises, lunges, and any other leg exercises you can think of.

Each bodypart once a week if you train right. If you want a big upper body you need to do squats
