how to get back in shape?
any advice? tips...thanks:WEIGHT~13:
This will do it
100 sets of resistance training a week
100 minutes of high intensity cardio
30 minutes of active lifestyle a day (walk the dog, hike, park in the farthest spot at the mall, use the stars)
Eliminate all wheat and poly unsaturated vegetable oil and trans fats from diet
decrease 100 sets to 50 sets in my opinion...
