This will do it
100 sets of resistance training a week
100 minutes of high intensity cardio 30 minutes of active lifestyle a day (walk the dog, hike, park in the farthest spot at the mall, use the stars) Eliminate all wheat and poly unsaturated vegetable oil and trans fats from diet |
decrease 100 sets to 50 sets in my opinion...
