Hello everyone. I am new to this forum.I am from Ukraine so sorry in advance if I make any English mistakes. My question is simple but it may sound stupid to some of you but any info apreciated. What kind of routine and what kind of lifting I should do to have this type of body.(the one in the pics I attached) What areas I should more concentrate. I know the pic is not very showing but I am sure you can get the idea.It seemes to be it requires a lot of chest press.I am not new but not advanced either but I am very serious and focused. I am 511.and weight 187lb. thanks

Research here.

There's a ton of programs to choose from. More importantly, what's your diet look like?

Hey bud, whats your goals, what do you want to do?

I know, when I was on here, these crazy guys bug the hell out of people with whats their diet like and ect. Lol, well, its my turn to, so you eat alot of meat, and drink beer?

Do you want to get bigger in mass, muscle wise, or lose weight, or increase strengh?

Yeah I know he is not big at all. And I am not trying to get exremely big either. Thats not everybodies goal. But thanks for the advise

So if not getting too big, do you want to work after strengh, or work on getting more ripped?

you could look like that by simply getting your diet in order (ie drinking less beer) and doing 50 pushups a night... that guy BARELY looks like he has ever seen a gym

You don't want to look like that bro you will never get laid. Buy Arnolds New Encyclopedia of Modern Bodybuilding for starters man. Good luck and god bless.

I know he sucks. But if somebody just helped me out about what parts of body and wahat exercises i should concenrtrate to reach that.

I'd do a simple Upper/Lower split routine, maybe 4 times a week or more.
Something along the lines of:

Lower
Squats 3x8-10
Deadlifts 3x8-10
Abs-Whatever exercise you prefer
Cardio- 30-45 minutes

Upper
Benchpress 3x8-10
BB Rows 3x8-10
BB Curls 3x6-8
Triceps Extensions 3x6-8
Military Press 3x6-8

Do Upper one day, then do Lower, take a day or two off and then do Upper and then do Lower the next day. You should get 2 Upper and 2 Lower days per week.

Alex, like 0311 said, go ahead and research the great deal of info already here. You might also want to provide some specific info as to your needs and stats.Sometimes people can lose their perspective. There is nothing wrong with the way the guy in the pics look. It's his shoulders and biceps, I think, that are the problem. But so what? He has some lat and pec development. And as you said, not everyone's goals are the same. The point is, that should be a fairly easy goal. Not that you are likely to attain anybody else's look. Better to set goals based on what you see in the mirror.

i saw you said you weigh 187, what is your BF%? that guy really doesn't have much muscle... like i said a few pushups a night will get you his musculature. if you are needing to lean out, well thats gonna take dieting and cardio
