Expensive, that's what it is. Other then that it's just a machine. Great for old people and cruise ships.

Think of all the bars and plates you could make with all that steel!!! What a waste! lol

this is the machine for the gym, i want to open a new gym with such kind of machines....

I wouldn't use it , but I know and see alot of stay at home moms and rehab people use it.

I'm sure it's good depending on what your goals are.

There are people that will use it for sure wether its best for them or not.
