I got a problem!
I've been working out for a while now and i am taking protien shakes and weight gainer shit. Its working but one of my pecks are bigger than the other. What should i do to make the other peck the same size?

I really wouldn't worry about it. In a few years it will all even out. You will always have one bicep slightly larger than the other one, pec, calf, etc. But like I said it will even out.

Just take out your bike pump and pump it back up. :p jk...
Actually, the very best method to balance your chest out is to work strickly with dumbbells. Heavy dumbbell presses force each muscle to work independently. Over the course of time, the smaller pec will be forced to catch up to the larger pec. |

use dumbbells for bench so that one side isn't doing more of the work. its probably only noticable to you anwyays

I second Sdf's advice..I mainly do all dumbell work for chest because of a little pec imbalence..He is also probably right that you are the only one who really notices it.

Stop doing so much flat bench press, man up on it, lift some 100 pound dumbbells.

Hammer strength is great for lagging parts... I had major bicep and calf imbalances. Not anymore. :) Hey, now ya know how women feel bout having different size boobs.......lol |
