I hate these stupid topic names...but its about cardio

Right now I do about 15 minutes of cardio three times a week, do you think it would be better to keep fat off if I ran 30 minutes twice a week instead? I would run more but I am trying to bulk up a little, and my cardio is pretty solid I am just trying to keep it strong. If not though, what do you guys think would be a good cardio plan for keeping my heart strong but keeping fat gain down to a minimum while bulking.

There wouldn't be a significant difference between 15min 3 times/week or 30 min twice/week. Either would be sufficient.

I think walking would be better than running. Do a few sessions a week around 30-40 minutes.

Alright, thanx

You know specific topic names, as much a pain in the ass they are, help the site. Remember if someone was looking for information and a bb.net thread came up...the topic name you pick would appear as the topic title....and people are more likely to click and visit the site if the topic name reflects what they are looking for and is specific.

So you help Sleazy out by being specific when you can and since he provides this site for free I think it's the least members can do.

*You* are the reason sites like this sometimes don't make it. I don't think you realize just how much valuable information and how many very helpful people there are on here. You take this stuff for granted and then go around and post shit like this that just takes up mod's time.

Ugh, do us all a fovor and leave if you're going to continue contriubting nothing positive to this site.

...are you referring to me, or the guy who made the loser comment?

Pirate 01-18-2010 06:05 AM

Also, I forgot to mention...sorry, I never thought of it that way, with the whole searching and topic names thing.

I totally agree, forums like these are here to help people out and many forums like do contain tons of valuable information. Its not hard to be specific in your post titles and make things a little easier for people to find.
