Default I need a routine for the long run...

Most of you probably remember me. I am 6'0, 160 lbs. I want to get bigger and more muscle. Can someone give me a good routine of things to do in the weight room?

I work in the weight room from 11-1 in the morning on Mon, Tues, Wed, and Fri's so it works out great because I can just work out then. So with those days can someone help set something up for me?

Thanks! I will provide pictures too of results.

We've been through this before. Look through the programs and find one that fits your goals and time constraints or modify one that looks good. Pick a couple programs and members will help you CHOOSE a program...its easy enough to look through the site and find potential programs, I don't know about everyone else but I'm not gonna put in the effort if you aren't.

You know when it comes down to it it's not about a "program" anyway. It's about progression in training. Too many people are spending all their time looking for a magical program instead of evaluating where they are, what got them there, and how they may be able to progress. Hosnestly, as much good information is in the "Ultimate Workout Resource" sticky when I see over 10,000 hits I'm thinking there are a whole lot of people spinning their wheels.

You say you weigth 160 now. Since when you first came on you weighed 145 either you've made some progress or gained some fat. If you have progressed then you should have learned something and that would give you a basis from which to frame your questions.

The reason I'm not going to bother is because I've continually asked you what you have been doing training wise and you have NEVER answered. All I ever had was a list of exercises. We never get many answers, all we get are more questions.

If you act sanctimonious I will just list out your logical fallacies until you get pissed off and spew blasphemous remarks.

Well then like I have said a million times before, why do I see all these guys especially here at college that I know eat like crap but they have huge muscles.

I hate my body structure. I am like a pencil. 6'0" and 160 lbs.

I just want a reliable program and I promise I will stick to it.

Because they lift heavy, train hard, and are in a calorie surplus. It isn't fucking brain science. Maybe you like equations...

LIFT HEAVY + OVEREAT FOR CALORIE SURPLUS = MUSCLE AND FAT GAIN (fucking duh!)
