I Need Help
Hey, I need some help. you see i played football last season at my school and i had some trouble because i am 6 feet tall 265lbs. I was wondering if anyone knew a really goo workout routine to help me lose 20 lbs and still keep the muscle that i have earned by working out the last few months. If anyone could help i would really appreciate it. :D

try out a ckd diet...theres a journal of one in the journals section here...also a few threads on it
