lame or not its what you should be doing. And if you really want bigger arms, stop lifting them.

We are not being vague. We are telling you the answers are in the stickies. Educate yourself and read them. They all have great information in them. We don't spoon feed here. Also read some of the articles, there is one on biceps. That is all the spoon feeding you're going to get.

If everything else is getting bigger the arms should follow. I'm new to this site as well.. But listen to these guys they'll point you in the right direction you just have to do a little research on here as well. There is plenty of info here. IMO bigger arms is not always better. just me though... Build it all fella...

At the top of the training forum there are several stickies that will help you, i'd start with "why arent you growing" and "the ultimate workout resource list". Then go into the diet nutrition section and read the "how to bulk" sticky.

once you've done that, come back in this thread and repost specific questions. I hope that helps.

hrdgain81's Sig:I don't do this for my family, my friends, women, accolades, pride, or ego. I do it for me and no one else, its just part of who I am.
