Default I want to bulk up and get stronger!!! Routine Check?

Im 5'11 205 with a max bench of 300 and im not happy with my results my shoulder and back are very strong but not bench. Im putting on some size but its not hard or that lean. What can i do? please help.

Monday
4 sets of 10 bench
4 sets of 10 close grip bench
4 sets of 10 incline bench

4 sets of 10 Preacher curls
superset overhand, underhand curls and hammers

Wedsday
4 sets of 10 military press
4 sets of 10 Shrugs
4 sets of 10 side to front raises

4 sets of 10 Skullcrushers
superset dips and tricep pull downs

Friday
4 sets of 10 Seated rows
4 sets of 10 Lat Pulls
4 sets of ten Pull ups

Weekends
Leg workout

Capone, I'd say you're overdoing it on Monday for chest. I'd do regular bench, and maybe incline, and do bench again, along with close-grip (if I did that) on Wednesday or Friday. As far as skull crushers, I hate them. They are known to be really hard on the elbows. Dips are good, though. You could rearrange a few other things.

Max bench 300 @ 205, you're doing good, kid! I'm 260, and I'm doing 225x3...

Since when did a 1.5BW bench become shameful? I think it is time for a reality check.

might want to lower the rep scheme if you're going for more "strength"...the closer you work toward the 300 mark...the stronger you will get.http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=998224

Looks like lots of Upper and not enough legs to me. What is your lower workout like?
