Default i want to get really big but be cut at same time any reccomendations?

I am 23 weigh 13st 182lbs and train alot 4-5 days a week i also take supplements here is the list

BSN TRUE MASS
CREATINE MET RX
SUPERPUMP 250
VITAMINS OMEGA TABS
BCAA

I DO HAVE A LITTLE SIZE ESPECIALLY ARMS AND I WILL POST PICTURES V SOON, I THINK I HAVE A LITTLE ESTROGEN AS I SORTA HAVE B*TCH TITS LOL SO I TRY TO WORK OUT ON CHEST ALOT ARE THERE WAYS OF SORTING THIS? ANY ADVICE TO GAINING REALLY GOOD BULKY MUSCLE ESPECIALLY ON SHOULDERS TOO? I DO NEED TO LOOSE ALOT ON MY WAIST SO ANY GOOD TRAINING ROUTINES WOULD BE VERY APPRICIATED.THANKS!

Forgot to put what i do in my workouts....

Mon-chest and bi

tues-tri and chest back

weds-rest day

thurs-shoulders and bi

fri-tri-forearms- traps-back

sat-rest

sun-lats-legs-cardio

any ideas how to improve this?? Or days when to workout,also 1 other problem i have is i seem to be working out at around 7.30pm or 8.00pm
then goin bed at 12 or 1 in the morning to prepare meals is it better to work out in the morning?

You want to be really big but really cut at the same time?
We all want that There's no one here to my knowledge that is really big and really cut.
Your best bet while your here is to read the stickies some very good info there that you will find useful.

Read through the stickies and they will give you tons of beginner kowledge to get you started and keep you growing. Your best bet however is probably bulking up then cutting down.
