Default im not growing help

hi im 6` 235lbs 23, i eat every three hours. my diet is good and been working out for the past year and i fine im getting stronger but not bigger

bench 5rep max 290
squat 5rep max 270
deadlift 5rep max 260

when i wake up
protein drink
work out
protein drink
three hours from that i eat chicken(bake or broil)
3 from that is tuna in the can or over a salad
then more chicken the same from the first one
then a protein drink before i go to bed.
i drink about 1 1/2 gallons of water a day

i work out three times a week m,w,f im almost done with the 5x5 im hitting 300 first then im going to do the 10x10

With that kinda diet it's a wonder you're not LOSING weight!

Eat a big ol' breakfast with some fats, protein and complex carbs in it!

I think I'd pass out if all I had for brekki was a shake.

And I'd definitly be passed out if I didn't eat any real food until 3 hours after a W/o.

Last time I checked 6' 235lbs is big....I haven't seen pic's of you so I don't know if it's mostly fat.

Also, i just noticed by looking at your lifts, your probably one of those guys who does chest like 3 times a week and legs once (If not, no offesnse, just an observation). Usually, people are strongest on deadlifts, than squats, than bench, and your completely opposite. How do you train?

yeah i did hit chest more when i first started out lifting, and im just now starting to workout my legs i never did. well thanks for the links and all feed back im going to read some of the links
