| Well finally went to the doctor today about my arm killing me when I lift and he said it would take 12 weeks to recover. I have a sprained ligament or tendon I can't remember which. |

| Wow dude 12 weeks absolutely no lifting or can you lift light? hopefully when it heals that muscle memory thing will kick in and you can return back to normal sometime after that. Good luck with your arm I hope you recover faster. |

Gender: | If the doctor said sprain then it's a ligament. If he said strain then it's a tendon. At least most likely. Even some doctors will use either word for anything. With 12 weeks I'm thinking sprain. Did he tell you to use RICE therapy? |
