I keep getting injuries and its KILLING my gym time I tore my rotor cuff that hurt like hell I still cant go back to the gym yet. Before this I pinched a nerve in my back took me out for a week. Im sick of stupid injuries I think Im going to lift low weights from now on and dont push it. I lost 3 pounds in a week and gained it back because of this injury ahhhhh

Injuries are rough...Just try and keep perfect form and don't go heavier than you should be. Good luck!

^^ Agreed. I learned my lesson a few years back with my shoulder. In my opinion, one of the worst things to injure. Every exercise you do will incorporate them, even if it's the slightest movements.
Taking time off is a bitch, especially if you're a hard gainer and cant hold the weight on.

I learned to lift responsible and know my limits. I know when to take a day off or move up/down in weight.

Trail and error bro!
Just keep an eye on those injuries. Can be a major pain in the ass.

I HATE losing muscle weight! hahaha

Injuries suck. Be smart and drop your weight and slow your reps down on the eccentric and concentric.

Form form form form form! Learn proper form, study your own form, correct deficiencies, never allow your form to break down.
