So i got one of those Iron Gym pull up bars as as a early Birthsay present.
Anyone ever use this?
Im going to try it out tomorrow. It seems like a good prduct. Hopfully it wiont break this time next week. HaHA
Oh ya i also got a punching bag. I used it for the first time tonight. Its a 40 lbs bag but its a stiff bag. Harden knuckles and feet.
Although i seem to throw lots of knees more then usual.

Well i had to take the Iron Gym back. it was missing some bolts and washers so i got the money back. I got trees in the back yard to do pull ups so no big deal.
But The bag is awsome. been working with it off and on all day.

I have a 3ft canvas punch bag filled with sand and shredded paper weighs a F***ing ton, sometimes hang it on the squat rack and bash it, but mainly use it for improvising roman chair sit ups.
