Hi there i have a simple but serious question here.
Does Masturbating once or twice a month effects muscle growth?
i have asked this question to manyy people but no one give me the fine answer is it true masterbating have bad effect on your muscle growth?
Also the nighfalls i mean you discharge while sleeping once or twice a month effect your uscle growth?
