( PLEASE BE AS DETAILED AND SPECIFIC AS POSSIBLE) also will i achieve the after burn effect with this work out? |
I don't agree with circuits for anyone trying to "build muscle". Circuits are more or less cardio. Cardio and building muscle are oppsoing actions.

ya, Im personally not a big circuit fan, regardless of the situation.
Personally, if you make sure your diet is spot on that will help you lose body fat, but at the same time start building/maintaining lean mass, thats the way to go about it in my opinion. Circuits are only used in certain cutting situations, I just think you need to get on a basic weight training and cardio routine and make sure your on an appropriate diet! I think you'll be fine for your USMC tests bro! Good luck |
The "after burn" affect for burning calories has been overstated. It's better to focus on diet and what you are burning during training. You may want to see exactly what you'll be tested for in boot camp and train for those things.

If you want to get ready for boot camp i would suggest getting used to not sleeping, you are going to be so tired and stressed out, no matter what you do now, boot camp will still kick your butt.
