Is my work out routine good?

Monday- Chest and Triceps in the morning
Tuesday- shoulders and abs in the morning
Wednesday- back, biceps and forearms in the morning
Thursday- Legs and lower back in the morning
Friday- Chest, triceps in morning and shoulders the in night
Saturday- back, biceps and forearms in the morning
Sunday- Legs and lower back in the morning

I always use heavy weights, many different exercises, and long rests.

IMO its not good, not enough rest...

in my opinion you should be taking atleast 2 days rest and alternating between heavy and light days.
Start the week with heavy. 2nd day go and so on.

2nd day go and so on. cancel that.
2nd day go light and so on.

Your mon tue wed and thursdays workouts are ok, the rest ditch, then spread those out so your working out on say mon, tue, off wed, workout thur, fri and off sat and sun. If that makes any sense..

Thanks matt. I meant to say 3 days off. I should wake up before i type. haha.

I only spend like 30 minutes in the gym because i exercise like 2 body muscles per day. How is that over training my muscles? i give each muscle almost 100hours of resting time.

I was wondering if you ran into any problems working shoulders the day after doing chest n tri? I find that so many of the chest movements include shoulders, so I can't imagine doing them back to back like that. But if it works for you, knock yourself out. I'm curious to hear how fatigued your shoulders feel the day after doing chest. Maybe I have it all wrong??? Thoughts?

^^makes sense. My workout went like this:

Mon Chest
Tue legs
Wed rest
Thur back
Fri shoulders
Sat rest
Sun rest

arch ur back when u bench press and when doing incline bench press don't go all the way up. This way u will barely use ur shoulders
