Default JumpRope + Crunches!!!

Alright Im just wondering why I dont ever see this being talk about, I know Mostly this forum is filled with bodybuilders but still...

Now as some know I play football and im training not only for physique but strength+speed and stamina...

Still wouldnt that extra 500+ jumpropes a day build a pretty decent look on the old calf's... Same with crunches except not calfs???

Hell yes!

Look at world soccer players. They have the biggest calves in the world. Why is that? Because they continually pummel their calves with high repetitions every day. In the beginning of Arnold's career he used to stand in knee deep water when posing because he was embarrassed about his girly calves. It wasn't until he started slamming them with a thousand reps every other day before they started looking like dinner rolls. Good examples of why it's highly recommended to do so.

I'll jump rope only when I feel I have excess calories that I didn't burn off in the gym. Actually, it'd be hue of you to do your jump ropping within 20 of awakening in the AM on an empty stomach. It'll kick start your metabolism in high gear for the duration of the day.

Something simple but effective is a brisk 45 minute walk around your neighborhood. DC always recommends that and the people he trains is shredded! I'll post a pic of one of his trainees so you can see for yourself. Also, you can jump rope without the rope. Noone's watching so you shouldn't feel stupid.
