Lyle McDonald's Ultimate Diet 2.0

Yay or nay? If there's any gentlemen perusing these threads that have dabbled in this routine, I implore you to post of success stories (purely to give my confidence a boost). I guess it isn't imperative, as I'm headfirst into this routine and am enjoying the living hell out of my first carbload, but I'd still like to hear from the people. McDonald seems to know his shit, and I trust in the science of his outline enough that I'm trying to follow it to a tee; but salesmen are obligated to pitch their products with fervor, and a bit of advice from anybody with realworld experience of the diet couln't hurt. Comments?

Thanks a lot for the warm welcomes and loads of advice, guys. It's appreciated, really, but unnecessary...I should have just allowed patience to be my guide. I just got off my first week of the UD, and even after a relatively sloppy carbload, followed by two days of what should have been maintenance calories - but due to a family visitor, quickly degraded into two days of constant eating out and cheating on any self-respecting builder's diet - I STILL managed to gain a pound and drop an entire, muthafucking percent in bodyfat.

Seriously...about that. Is my clinic's body comp machine on the fritz? or is a 7-day drop from 13.6% to 12.4% to be expected on so scholarly a diet?

Careful not to max out my thread by the way...after the last inflow of feedback I don't know how much more my eyes can handle.

obviously nobody has used it.

Preposterous.

I'll hear none of it.

Assuming you're all too lazy to deal with a Johnny-come-lately allows me to hold an unfair grudge, which I prefer, as this allows me to be sardonic.
