True that. I don't see the need to spend money on something like that when chances are that same information is free on the internets.

If only there were some ‘secret’ exercises or magic routines that produced ‘explosive’ results. Truth is, there are no shortcuts – it’s consistent hard graft, good diet, plenty rest and nothing else.

Chances are it's rehashed information from what can be found online...don't waste money and just go with all the free information out there.
