Most Common Bodybuilding Mistakes
well at first i would like to say that most problems or injuries caused in bodybuilding for beginners is mostly because of the wrong technique they do beside they carry heavier weights thinking that will help them increase their muscle mass .. most of common bodybuilding mistakes is centered on biceps and triceps workouts or back workouts !
people who complain that their arms don't grow fast or as they want well that maybe because they do the mistakes in this video

agreed. the back, shoulders, and knees seem to be the most injury prone body parts. that's why we must remember form, form, form.

The biggest muscle building mistake you can make is doing routines from muscle magazines. Most of those guys don’t train naturally, are genetically gifted and never started training that way.

one other mistake is OVERTRAINING. I know a dude at the gym that does chest 4 times a week! They think that the most they train a muscle per week the bigger they get, which is infact the complete opposit.
