Motivation is something you have to find within yourself. You need to find out what ultimately drives you to keep making progress in the gym. I need to remind myself time and time again and sometimes I will watch self improvement or workout videos until I reignite the flame. Sounds crazy but it works. Hope this helps

that means you have no goals.

Put or make some short term and long term goal.

Watch some motivational video on you tube.

Search bodybuilding motivations and powerlifting motivations - to motivate

Any advice or tips?

Thanks in advance.
I think you hit your plateu.

You should change your program, or take a week off before yu go back to gym.

While your off review your previous workout and think or make a a short and long term plan of what you will want to achieve when you workout.
