Gender: | Hey guys, I'm just wondering what kind of things motivate you when you're feeling kinda blue and not excited about the gym. I know.I used to be raging for the gym, but the past month or so it's become more of a chore than a passion. I mean, I have an impressive physique (for now) and I've made great progress, but I just haven't been feeling it lately. ![]() Any advice or tips? Thanks in advance. |

| my motivation is athletic talent. i know that my weight lifting will help me become a better athlete, that's why i do it. the healthy diet is the hardest part since, well, healthy food doesn't taste as good as shitty food haha. |

It's easy to make excuses when you're on your own but when someone is expecting/counting on you to be there it helps a lot. Also, it gives a bit of a competitive atmosphere which can be motivating as well. IW |
