Default Muscles giving out

So I just recently started working out, and I've done a good amount of research on how to exercise, Diet, etc... However, what I can't seem to figure out is that sometime when I go work out, there are times where my muscle give up after the first set. I want to keep going, but the strength is just not there.... :/ If there is anyone with advise on how to prevent this from happening please share your knowledge.

Thanks in Advance

Sounds like you trained to failure on your first set. Either lower the weight or lower the amount of reps you do.

It is important to build up your strength one rep at a time. Lower the weight to a level where you can cope and then slowly move beyond that level as you gain strength. Over time, your body will gradually gain the upper hand, and you can move on to the next level of weight amount.
