Default my diet question

i am 15 6''2 220lbs, normally soft drinks about 1 a day and water or juice and yes i eat junk food but then again healthy food is nastyi am not wanting to eat salads for the next few years also my goal is at least 190 if you were in my position what would be your goal and is my build really badi have chest fat and a small little hangover

healthy food isnt always nasty depends where u get it from or who cooks it. ive never seen a person that is 6'2 and 220 pounds so im not to sure about goal wise as far as loosing weight. Alot of bodybuilding has to do with nutrition though try to make a commitment to it and you will get much better results. get rid of the junk food and the soft drink

A PERSON THAT IS 6''2 AND 220LBS IS BIG IN THE MIDDLE SKINNY ASS ARMS AND LEGS ITS WRONG I RATHER BE ALL FAT OR JUST ALL SKINNY

Your diet sux, you need to learn to eat good food or you'll die by 50 anyway. Good food actually tastes way better than junk, it just requires fore thot. If you want to look good and get serious your going to need to adjust your life style. If you want us to tell you how to eat junk food and obtain the goal you want it ain't going to happen.
