Good job.

Wonderboy here thinks that doings squats builds chicken legs.

For someone with such low experience he gives too much advice. Maybe he should shut up and read instead of post so much.

wow you guys love taking shit outta context don't you?

I never said squats build chicken legs dumbass. I said doing only squats as leg routine, although being the most mass building leg exercise, is not gonna give you big legs. Show me someone who only squats and has huge calves, or big hamstrings. You dont know anything about me so dont say i dont have experience.

To eric, don't say I implied anything just cuz you have trouble reading. When I said ab crunches I was talking about spot reduction being a myth. This is because many people believe that doing crunches and situps will help make their abs show and this is not the case. I was on a completely different point. I dont know if hooked on phonics is still in business but it might be something you should look into.

Bye bye now. Sorry guys, no show

I made a clarification about core work. You got defensive. All you had to do is agree instead of trying to tell people you said something you DIDN'T say. Just using words like "core" doesn't say anything.

You went too far with me and started name calling. Enjoy your ban.

If you act sanctimonious I will just list out your logical fallacies until you get pissed off and spew blasphemous remarks.

Why am I always the firestarter around here....Damnit....

Well, atleast with Shauny there was a reason....he messed with my boys Monsta and Pity

Wonder Boy, there is a no need for hostility anymore. I understand what you mean. Like I mentioned in the thread...I hate people advocating splits when something better can work. That is all.

Have a wonderful day, everyone.

you need to work your hammies as well. The squats will do some but not nearly enough to build sufficient muscle. Throw in some sldl's or good mornings. Do some donkey calf raises as well, doing just squats is gonna leave you with chicken legs my friend
