My workout, need feedback
Okay guys, I recently have this workout.
2 min stretching
50 jumping jacks
5 mins jog in place
40 push ups
5 mins shadow fighting
40 ground bicycles
20 lunges each leg
4 min stretching
I'm following military style. You know, building up more endurance than bodybuilding itself. I do it straight with no rest in between. I've done it now and I had fun.
So what do you think about my workout? I don't have any equipments in the house by the way.
Is it better to do this everyday or every other day? After sometime if I will find it easy, I'm also planning to increase reps like 5 or 10. Please give me some feedback. Thanks
So this is your workout? For everyday? If that's all you're doing I would do it every other day. I would not really suggest that as your sole source of lifting and physical training. No weight training at all?
no weights because I haven't save enough... oh and by the way, after 40 push ups.., there is 40 pull ups also... I forgot :)

yeah... but i do it fast not slow...
But how can you do so many pull ups in a row? Have you been lifting before, and also how are you doing these? When my form starts to break, I resort back to my form and try to get one more last rep, then do whatever it takes to get up there (which is what I imagine gets you 40) and then hold it until I slowly lose it to the ground.
Proper form, in my humble opinion, is not moving or twisting or bring legs up, but being perfectly still. Also, I don't count it unless my head is above the bar completely.
40 pull ups! Man i can barely do 20 :P
I actually really like this exercise routine. So many people do exercise routines and workouts that don't have any type of pullups or pushups or ab stuff in it, and these are the best exercises. I personally love your routine! Awesome job...
