Default Natural muscle?...and pecs

Hi im 17yrs old. I preety much havent done any 'major' physical excerise or dumbell excerise for a while and I dont goto the gym. Im not fat but can see a gut starting.

The strange thing is i still have general muscle around the place. eg. biceps, abs, pecs. Im not overweight and dont see why i should have pec muscles becuase I dont work them. (Right is better than left too).

Any ideas on how to either get rid of them or get the left bigger. (Using simple dumbells at home)

I'm not bashing you, but hate when people say they don't have time. It's more about time management. You can always get up 45min earlier, or watch less t.v. or play less video games, I think it s very rare to find someone who's life is so busy that they can't take 45min 3x a week to get healthy.

^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^x2

i hate that line too.....

its just about dedication. and when someone tells me they dont have time, i see the dedicaton and i automatically dont feel like helping that person out whole heartedly because 9 times out of 10 it will be a waste of time

Well at the moment im happy doing cardio stuff for my general health, im just not worrying about making time for muscle development yet.

The question is, i have pecs (not massive, but they are there, especially on right side), and i dont work my pec muscles out. How does that work??

I don't understand the question, mwaps. Of course you have pec muscles. Why would you not? Some people have a naturally large chest. It's just individual variation. Maybe it's a large percentage of fast twitch fibers. I don't know. Does it matter? If the uneveness bothers you but the pecs are visible in general then the only way to get rid of them would to go on a starvation diet until you lost enough muscle in general to where your pecs were no longer visible. That doesn't sound to hot so to even them out you'd have to workout. That's pretty much all there is to it.

If you act sanctimonious I will just list out your logical fallacies until you get pissed off and spew blasphemous remarks.

I actually wouldn't try to work just the left yet. What should happen naturally is that your left side will naturally be weaker, etc. and so if you keep it even you can work to capacity with your left while the right is getting relatively underworked. I.E. things should even themselves out naturally. You can do dumbell presses (you need a bench).

That's the best thing to do and then see what happens. Later on if they don't seem to even out you can think about uneven loading. But don't ever work out only one side. That's not good for you.
