need a neck workout routine
i want to start adding some tickness to my neck, but the gym i go to doesnt have a neck machine. i've seen some guys using plates to do front/back and side neck exercises on the end of a flat bench. i'm thinking about doing that but not sure how i should split it. 4 instance, do i do all of them back to back? or do front and back together and then sides together. what do yall recomend? what kind of routine do you guys have?

Imo you can add thickness to yoru neck by simply doing shrugs and other delt exercises. doing them will def help with neck size. you can also hit up a few websites and buy a neck harness. with those you can just put weight on it and go for what you know. dont think you are super man and put a lot of weight on though. you may want to start out with just a 10 pound weight and just do a good amount of reps.................... just remember never, ever go heavy with a neck harness. there is really no poitn and if something goes wrong it wont be anything minor
