Food for one and I don't mean junk food. 3000 calories a day should do it. Now the work out routine. It needs to be heavy. What are you currently doing now? Fill us in on your diet and routine and we can help make corrections.

need more info, how old are you. what is your diet like, how are you training, ect ect.

I'd say, if your that tall and that skinny, eat anything and everything you can get your hands on. but thats just a generalization for now. you definately need alot more protien as others have stated.

i am 17 and i already eat tons but i never gain any weight and i do my workout i have gotten alot stronger but i am not getting any mass

Need to get at least 150 grams of protein a day. I'd suggest 200.

Eat lots of chicken breasts, tuna, beef, eggs, etc. A protein supplement would be okay, if you can't get the deisred protein from the food you eat.

And don't neglect the fruits and vegetables in your search for protein. They are very valuable in their own right.

He might be borderline hyperthyroidal. He can try the SEE FOOD DIET.
