Stop doing the shrugs, they are not worth they it. Up your dead lift weight.

Dead lifts... Shrugs can work too, but I find them awkward...

Shrugs would be a supplement to deads if you really want to do them.

BTW, big traps look ridiculous if you don't have the body to match.
