Need Shoulder Routine
Can you guys give me like 3 or 4 good exercises for a shoulder routine. My shoulder is on my leg day so I can hit it hard. All I know is I want shoulder press for one of the exercises. Also, I only have DB's and a BenchPress set and BB's.
db presses for 3 sets
Arnold presses for 2 sets
side laterals for 3 sets
upright rows superset with bent over laterals 3 sets
If you feel the anterior head isn't getting enough, throw in some front raises. I sometimes do side laterals and then grab a plate and do front raises with it as a superset. After that, your delts are toast (or at least mine are).
So how is this shoulder Routine....

I will Be doing 3 sets of 10-6 reps.
