Default New At this!

Hey here is a little info about me about 3-4 years back i use to be a pretty fit guy. Did plenty of sports and was always moving needless to say i was in shape. Then i for a computer game and kinda got addicted and now im looking to get back into shape once more. Prob is i need a workout i can do at home. Ive looking on internet for info and figured i would join a forum maybe ppl can help me out. I have a set goal of around 4-5 months to get slightly back into shape the faster the better. I dont want to be big i just want to be Cut. bit of abs bigger arms and hard chest.

Im 20 years old
6 Feet
159 pounds
15,8 Body fat.

I have a treadmill and a set of dumbells at home with a bar to do pull ups. I dont mind getting more equipment if needed to train considering it aint to expensive im still in school.

Here is my question i was wondering if Anyone can help me come up with a workout schedule for like 2 weeks then i can Rotate. Also looking for a diet that i can follow to help with all of this. I dont mind taking supplements considering its legal and does not give Mood swings. Im a very dedicated guy once i have something to follow.

Looking foward to some replys... thx everyone

P.s My Typing sucks haha

eat 5-6 times a day...with a lean protein at each meal...plenty of fiber...lots of vegetables....lots of healthy fats....peanut butter, avocados, olive oil, flax oil, fish oil....

and check out the ultimate workout program resource list...it's a sticky somewhere on here.

Pity gave some good advice and I would add to read all of the stickies as each has good info for you. Good luck on meeting your goals.
