New Cycle means for New Routine. HELP!
My buddy Troy told me about this website and so far I really enjoy all I have gotten from it. I am 21, 155, and about 5'6. I am about to begin a cycle of Hdrol and was looking to out on some solid lean mass over winter. This is my first cycle of anything since I have only stuck to basic supps such as creatine and NO boosters (obv creatine) since I work for GNC. I was wondering if anyone had a good plan for gaining lean mass? 5x5? Or what?

If you're 155lb you don't need to be starting a cycle of anything. Just EATTTTT!

im 17 this past year i weighed around 155 and hit a stack of hdrol got up to 180ish and increased my bench 40lbs this stuff is legit but make sure ur eating a lot of food and getting in all the protein you can. this shouldnt be hard since u work at gnc. this will help u get the best outta this stack. hit the gym hard and dont stop but make sure to give the muscles u just worked out at least 48hrs of recovery. ull start seeing some serious gains around week 3 but dont run this stack for more than 4 weeks. also make sure u have a good PCT in line all prohormones are very potent and if u dont take a PCT ull fuck ur liver up , ull get bitch tits and loose ur gains lol so hit that shit.

It's true. It takes a long time to figure out what works for your body, how to train, how to eat, how to sleep, when to rest, when to deload, etc. I just don't think you'd be doing yoru body justice to, at the very least, figure these things out first and maximize them. THEN if you still feel you need, try a cycle ... with the proper research to implement something that is safe and with the correct PCT.
For the record, I am all natural. Up to 195lb and still gaining. I've had a lot of set backs but I seem to be pushing through now. Check out my journal if you want. I've come a long way since I started. My journal goes back to 2007 I think? IW |
