New workout NEEDED
i need some help. i get 45 minutes every Monday, and Wensday to lift. but i get all the time i need on the weekends to lift. what should my new be, and be scheduled? :confused:

:confused: can we get a little more info.. Like for starters ht., weight., bf%, lifting goals, diet.. have you read any of the stickys? I assume not because your question is waaay too broad....
other then that, your new workout schedule should be workout 45 mins on mon. and wed. and workout a lot on the weekends. |
