No Gym and only 30 min
Hey all,
I am going to be away from a gym for the next few months and I think I will only have about 30 min a day to get a good workout in. What is the best no weight, body workout I can do in 30 min? Thanks and take care! |
Single leg squats, pull ups, dips, pushups, leg raises, lunges, etc etc.

inverted rows too if you got something to hang on...and planks.
