personally i would give it a shot and see how stressed you are. i worked 50 hrs a week and my work was physical. i still was able to excel at the gym. however with school i know it will be tough but working out is a stress reliever for me so i have to do it.

best,
brendon

I would do 4 days a week and each day focuses on each big lift: bench, deads, mp, squats. then i would pick one accessory for each day to compliment that exercise.

2 exercises per day should be possible in an hour.

One of the ways I found to really save time when working out is to work out at home. You avoid the commute to and from the gym, and you are also never waiting for machines or sitting around chatting with people there.

If you can, get some home workout equipment to make it less stressful to get your workouts in. Might need a lot of equipment for the 5x5 though...
