10reps 90kg
10reps 100kg
10reps 105kg
6reps 110kg
My goal this year is to reach 300lb+...

Ok, today i did bench press, 2 reps at 130kg. I had to have a spotter to help just to help get the bar off the rack...

Hey guys... haven't been here in a damn long while.

I did my first lifting contest a few weeks ago. I competed at t3, 220, and I was lifting raw.

I got a squat of 450 and a deadlift of 480 - both pretty big PRs for me.
