Gender: | hit a new PR for deadlifts today. it wasnt my plan to max on deadlifts today but we were sort of having a deadlifting competition in my 2nd period weight lifting class so i decided to jump in on it. i hit 380x1....no one else could lift it in my class!!! but in my 4th period weightlifting class some people can do 400+ so ehhh..... but i was and still am happy! my teacher was thinking about maybe doing a lifting competition amongst the people in our class! i really want to train hard so i can beat everyone! im gonna try and find out on monday when he plans on doing it so i can train for it. he also said that he would put us into "weight classes" so i will need to cut down before it. but yeah i am happy! |
