Gender: | While it's not much to blow about it is important to me. And not much compared to some of the weight that gets thrown around here. But since I can't find anyone in my real life who gives a shit I figured I'd turn to the internet Had a great workout yesterday and set personal bests in four exercises. Been doing a 5x5 for a whopping near 3 full weeks now Bent over rows 145 5x5 - this was weird - 30 more pounds than last week. Deadlifts - 225 3x5 Shoulder Press - 105 5x5 Cleans - 135 5x5 ![]() Eating lots really does seem to help ![]() EDIT: I have to admit I was so tired after this workout I fell asleep on the couch within an hour ![]() |
