New PRs Deads 3x5 - 255 - there is more in the tank here but I'm takin this slow Rows 3x5 - 155 - still smackin the gut on on rep 5 Military Shoulder Press 5 x 5 (last week) - 115 - likely could do another 5 or so. I've dropped cleans :( Due to space limitations I have to use a shorter than normal bar (taken into account in the weight) and they've been slicing up my forearms like a pizza cutter. And added pendlay rows. Based on more and more reading on this site, I'm considering finishing off this run on the 5x5 and starting Madcow's version of the "Starting Strength" program and committing to it for at least 6 months EDIT: OOps, not Madcow, got to it through Madcow somehow tho, lol. This one --> http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=750551 . From what I can tell it looks to be the best for a noobie like me. I'll also be joining a decent gym (instead of the basement) in Jan which has lots of lovely squat racks which will let me do squats without scaring the shit out of myself. Cheers.
