I did 275 on flat bench today. "Lightweight, baby, whooo!!" JK about the whole lightweight thing. It was actually quite heavy.

well this one is a little different then the PR's, but i hit 220 today on the scale and that is an accomplishment to me!! Bulking up is awesome...cutting is only necessary

Not maxed out on my deadlifts or sqats yet, only started doing them a month ago, after realising there importance. Anyway flat bench pressing 115kg {230} will post the others soon.

Today i did squats= 2 sets of 10 at 50kg
1 set of 10 at 70kg
1 set of 8 at 90kg
1 set of 5 at 100kg
1 set of 2 at 110kg

Dead lifts 1 set of 10 at 100kg
1 set of 5 at 110kg
1 set of 3 at 120kg had to stop there because i need straps, couldnt keep hold of the bar.

Thanks Ross, just trying to improve my sqats and deadlifts before i start my hst program, DH has given me a very good hst program which i hope to start soon.
