| Rank: Light Heavyweight Experience: 7-10 Years | I got this idea on another forum and thought it would be a great idea to post one here. Great way to get some extra encouragement and a good pat on the back. So if anyone reaches a new personal record in anything from hitting a new max on an exercise to reaching any other [bodybuilding] goal, lets hear it! Maybe once this thread picks up, people with the same goals can examine how others have arrived at that goal.. Personal records examples: - Measurements - Bodyfat reduction - Dr. X reaching the 400 club finally - Nailing a new max on a compound exercise you've never reached before Anything from this point on..I already know Chinpiecedave's pissed because he's finished the dual factor 5x5 a month too late! |

Gender: | Did my first bench press ever last week @ 185 lbs twice, then my chest almost got crushed.... Haven't deadlifted yet, but squatting @ 255 lbs You bigger lifters out there may laugh at 185 when compared to your 300+ benches, but I'm just starting out so ![]() |
