^^ Theres you problem, that routine is terrible.

Read this a number of times until it sinks in then try and come up with another routine...

There is no routine anyone can give you that is going to give you big arms fast.
Even when you learn how to train and eat properly and start making proper gains the road to big arms is going to be a slow one.
In the last 2 1/2 years I have managed to put about 1 1/2 inches on my arms, their bigger than they were but their still not 'big' by any means.
The 1 1/2 inch gain on my arms required putting about 90 kilo's on my squat and deadlift.

I missed mad matt's Big Arms post in December. For many years my rotuine was like rrobiinn's. Finally learned about how important compound lifts were and have been doing squats/deadlift/bench press/seated press/rows for 15 months and went from 15" (mostly fat) to 16" arms and gained 20 pounds of lean body mass...at age 46. I was doing 3XF chin-ups once per week and eventually added 3x8 barbell curls once per week. In addition to the compound lifts, I am now doing 3x8 weighted chin-ups, 3x8 barbell curls and 2x8 standing cable curls.

I agree with Jonson. The road to bigger arms is not by any means quick. Naturally anyway! But I got one word for you. BRAWN! Awesome book by Stuart McRoberts. Get yourself a copy. I am a big believer in the Basics, Breviated are Best. Just doing little arm exercises will never get your arms big. You need to be moving some serious weight in the basic lifts first.
